  • West Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
  • East Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 4-7 business days.
  • Singapore: Estimated delivery within 4-7 business days.
  • Hong Kong: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.
  • Taiwan: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.


Shipping Rates:

  • West Malaysia:
    • Shipping Fee: RM4.90
    • Free shipping for order than RM229.
  • East Malaysia:
    • Shipping Fee: RM8.90
    • Free shipping for order than RM229.
  • Singapore:
    • Shipping Fee: RM25 
    • Free shipping for order than RM429.
    • Please be reminded that order above SGD 400 (approximately RM1,300) will have a GST fee charged by Singapore Custom.
      To avoid additional charges, we recommend splitting your purchase into two separate orders if the total exceeds the tax-free threshold.
  • HongKong:
    • RM59.90 for the first 1kg, RM18.90 for each additional kg
  • Taiwan:
    • RM139 for the first 1kg, RM68 for each additional kg


Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 10 AM local time will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 10 AM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

订单处理：

  • 每天 10am前下单的订单将于当日出货
  • 10am后、周末或公共假日下单之订单，将于下一个工作日处理
  • 出货后将通过 E-Mail 提供追踪包裹编号
